		<description>Supplements are only necessary if you're REALLY training hard IMO. But I'm a naturalist hippie... I do take lots of vitamin and health realted supplements like Acai, Aloe Vera Extract, and some other stuffs.

MMA is the best workout ever. Best way to start is go hard on cardio, that is the key to losing weight!</description>
